Every network product has occasional issues; the key is locating them quickly. Kuaimiao Accelerator compiled this guide from user feedback, covering the three most common scenarios: no connection, slow speed and frequent disconnects.

More than 60% of connection issues actually stem from the local network rather than the acceleration service. So the right order matters — start local, then check nodes and servers.

1. Can't Connect

When the client shows a connection failure: first confirm your local network works; then check you are logged in with a valid subscription; try switching to another region; restart the client or computer; if it persists, contact support with a screenshot.

2. Slow Speed

Close bandwidth-heavy downloads or uploads, switch to a lower-latency node, enable Smart Routing and Multi-Line, and compare before/after with the in-client speed test.

3. Frequent Disconnects

Try a lighter-loaded node, check your router and Wi-Fi signal, and prefer wired over wireless to rule out interference. Enabling Smart Routing for automatic switching reduces disconnects in most cases.

SymptomLikely CauseSuggested Fix

Slow speedBackground load / congestionClose tasks, switch node
Frequent dropsWi-Fi / unstable lineGo wired, enable smart routing

One user shared: "I thought it was Kuaimiao, but following the guide revealed my router was aging. A new router fixed it." A reminder to troubleshoot objectively — local first, then service.

4. Conclusion

With the right order, most issues resolve in minutes. Get the client via free VPN download, and check the FAQ or contact support for anything not covered here.
